  <li>Content management system allows the delegation of content editing by the intranet administrator. Content editors can create pages, add Images and documents can be uploaded.</li>
  <li>Access control defined by the administrator as to what a user can read and edit. </li>
  <li>Intranet content is keyword searchable. Boolean searching is supported. Search results can include content pages and uploaded documents. </li>

  <li><strong>Content</strong><br />
 Content modules consist of content pages and noticeboards that users can post messages to. </li>
  <li><strong>Calendars</strong><br />
  Event calendars can be used for listing events, training and other activities. Calendars can be used by staff as an event booking system. 
  This module also has a public web calendar interface. 
  The public interface also publishes a rss feed.</li>

  <li><strong>PC Bookings</strong> <br />
  A booking system that staff can use to manage public computer bookings. Access to public computers with pcbooker client software can be regulated via the intranet .  There is also a public web interface for patrons to make future bookings.</li>
  <li><strong>Request tracking </strong> <br />
  An log of  requests submitted via a form. Power users can search, edit or delete the requests archive.</li>
   <li><strong>Room bookings  </strong><br />
  A bookings module for meeting/community rooms etc.</li>
    <li><strong>Leave applications</strong><br />
  A module for staff to make online leave applications. When leave is approved an automated email is sent to the applicant.</li>
    <li><strong>Email form  </strong><br />
  Request forms that email the form message. </li>
  <li><strong>File archive </strong> <br />
 Can be used for uploading and archiving documents. Metadata is keyword searchable.</li>
   <li><strong>TV display</strong> <br />
 Module for creating a html slideshow that be displayed on display TVs. This can be used with TVs that have a media player that has a web browser and WIFI.</li>
